Hi, I'm Jay McLeod. Today, I'm going to be talking about slimming down the legs with cycling. Cycling is a great exercise to not only tone up your legs, build muscle definition but also reduce body fat in your entire body. Okay, so now I'm going to show you some ways of how to slim down your legs while cycling. So two great ways to slim down your legs is one, sprinting, okay, going as fast as you can for 30 seconds and then slowing your body down for a minute, okay, slow that bike down, catch your breath, slow down for about a minute, speed it back up for 30 seconds as fast as you can, 30 seconds, 30 seconds, racing down, racing down, racing down. Once you hit that 30, slow it down and catch your breath okay. Another thing you can do is to increase the resistance, go nice and heavy okay. It really just depends on where you are and how strong your legs are. For right now I have it on level 10, okay, I'm going to pump as hard as I can, not really sprinting but working. Okay, raising my heart rate, really working and I'm going to do the same for about 30 seconds, okay and then I'm going to drop the resistance down for a minute, catch my breath and repeat.
