My name is Holly Del Rosso, and this is how to accurately calculate weight loss. I'm gonna take you guys through 3 easy steps where you can lose 2 pounds per week. This way you're gonna have the weight off and keep it off. Step 1 track your calories. Whether it's a journal or an online app I would suggest tracking every single thing that goes into your body and very single exercise you do so calories in verses calories out. It's like your bank account keep track of every single thing check it daily. So you're gonna keep track of your serving sizes, your calories, and your activity level in here so you can lose up to 2 pounds per week. Stay consistent with this to see the best results. Step 2 I want you guys to exercise. You can't lose weight without exercising. Make sure you get in 20 to 30 minutes per day and really get your heart rate pumping. Don't take the easy way out, make sure that you're doing your personal best each time and try to make your activities fun and enjoyable. Step 3 is cutting out an indulgent snack everyday. If you can just cut out one indulgent snack. We all have our vices I have mine I know what it is you have yours and you definitely know what it is so cut it out everyday. If you can do this step you'll take out 500 calories per day off of what you're already eating and in 1 week you can turn 500 calories per day deficit into 3500 calories which is how much a pound is. So then you'll have your pound off per week just by cutting those extra calories. Stay consistent with this guys and really work your hardest.
