Hi, I'm Beth Shaw, founder of YogaFit. Today, we're going to do some moves that burn fat. So we really want to really energize our bodies an get the circulation going and do a Vinyasa flow. Let's go ahead and separate our feet out three and a half to four feet apart, or as wide as your legs are long. Go ahead and bend your knees, lining up your knees with your ankles, maintaining proper posture and core strength. Let's go ahead and point the fingertips towards the sky and we'll start with a Moon Flow, inhaling, straightening the arms and the legs, exhaling, sinking into the pose. Let's use our glutes, our quadriceps. We're really warming up the whole body here, breathing deeply, getting our circulation going. This is Moon Flow. So you'll want to do this about 20 to 30 times. This is great for burning fat along those muscles you sit down on, great for toning the legs, Moon Flow. And from here, let's transition into Sunflowers, turning the palms open, bending the knees and then making the shape of the sun with your hands, exhaling and inhaling, exhale and inhale. Strong breath through the core center. And again do about 30 to 50 of these. If you do these every day, you will burn a lot of fat.
