Hi, I'm Beth Shaw, founder of YogaFit. Today, we're going to do some poses for morning yoga. When we're starting in the morning, we wanna do things to wake us up and get the energy going. So, we'll start off with an easy chair flow, inhaling the arms to the sky, and exhale sinking into chair pose. Inhale, a slight back bend to get the energy, exhale back to chair. You can modify this pose by bending the elbows or placing the hands on your thighs. This is a great way to get energy, even better than coffee. And, you'll wanna do about 30 to 40 of these. One swarm, we're going to move into some sun salutations. So, let's inhale the arms to the sky, exhale swan dive forward, bending the elbows, bending the knees, step a foot back, inhale the arms up, good, exhale down dog. Inhale to plank pose, drop the knees if you need to, exhale to crocodile, inhale up, exhale back to down dog. Step my foot forward, back to forward fold, inhale, exhale, inhaling, good, exhale. Step a foot back, drop a knee if you need to. Inhale up, exhale, down dog, inhale plank pose, exhale crocodile, inhale up dog, exhale back, step forward, come forward and up. And, that is great way to start your morning every day, even if you just have five minutes for morning yoga postures. I'm Beth Shaw with YogaFit. Namaste.
