Hi, I'm Beth Shaw with YogaFit. Today, we're going to do some poses to tone the legs using a yoga ball. So let's take our core ball, place it three or four inches above your knees and this provides a nice stance for you, proper postural alignment and also something so you can use the muscles of the legs to really engage that ball. Let's inhale the arms to the sky, exhale, sit down into Chair Pose, inhale, come up, exhale, chair, inhale and exhale. I like to do about 100 of these a day. So you can really feel this in your inner thighs, your adductors, your quadriceps. From here we're going to take the core ball, come down onto the floor onto all fours, take that core ball between your hamstring and your calf and we're going to lift up into a Sunbird Pose and then inhale and exhale. This works your glutes. I works your hamstrings and again I like to do about 50 on each side. This is amazing toning for the legs. So again, you'll need a core ball and do these exercises.
