Hi, I'm Beth Shaw. And today, we're going to do some yoga poses for better vision. So, we're going to start just in a seated position, and rub the palms together a few times, creating some heat. And then, let's go ahead and place the palms over the eyes, and just allow that heat to radiate and relax the muscles around the eyes. And, you'll want to do this several times. Again, rub the palms together, and then place the palms over the eyes. Allow the eye muscles to relax. Take a few deep breaths. And, from here we're going to lie down and do a modified inversion. So, let's go ahead and take a block or an egg, place it underneath the tailbone, extend the legs towards the sky, and just allow the benefits of reversed gravity to help bring blood flow and circulation to the head, the neck, the face, the eyes, the facial muscles. Close the eyes. And again, you can bring your hands to your midsection, can leave them at that side of the body. And then, we'll do a restorative bridge pose -- again, focusing the circulation towards the head. Stack two blocks, and relax here and breathe. Focus relaxed breathing on the eyes themselves, closing the eyes and giving your eyes the chance to restore, relax, and rejuvenate. I'm Beth Shaw, and these are yoga postures to relax the eyes.
