Hi, I'm Beth Shaw, founder of Yoga Fit, and today we're going to do a pose to stretch out the tendons in the arms. If you sit at a desk or are active in sports, chances are you've got tight tendons in your arms. so we're just going to start off with an easy shoulder stretch that also stretches your rear delt. So we're going to take one arm across the other and just gently pull until you feel a deep stretch. At the same time start to rotate through your wrists, moving it in two directions. That should feel really good shake out the fingers a little bit and then spend at least a minute here allowing everything to stretch, really feel this in the rear delt. You'll want to sit up nice and tall keeping your core center muscles gently firm and then switch sides. Take the arm across, start to rotate through the fingers, through the wrist, keep pulling it, work with the breath and then just gently pull the palm back and switch sides, interlace the hands, draw them over the head, stretch up, glance up, try and straighten your arms as best as possible, pull your elbows back behind your ears and lastly, we're going to extend the arms out and just do some easy circles just noticing how your arms feel. And then shake it out. I'm Beth Shaw, founder of Yoga Fit and these are yoga postures to stretch out your arms. Namaste.
