I'm AJ Tucker. I'm going to show you tricep dips for bigger arms. The best time to do tricep dips are both. You can do them before the workout when you are fresh or you can add them to a chest and tricep workout to the end of the workout to max out or deplete that one muscle group. So to begin with, I'm going to show you the tricep dips from the box. I'm going to start out by placing my hands shoulder width apart, the closer I place my hand, the more I target my tris. I'm going to lower my body until my arms are at 90 degrees and then I'm going to come back up, exhale at the top, inhale on the way down. If you want to add intensity to the tricep dips, you can do the rings and that's where you are increasing the intensity because you are using your entire body weight and you are lifting it. Either way, the tricep dips from the box or from the rings, both of these exercises will increase the size of your arms.
