Hi, I'm David Pollock, and today we're going to talk about eyes and eye creams. We're all concerned about what to do around our eyes so today I'm going to help you on how to reduce puffiness, dark circles and even help fight some of those wrinkles. First of all, for those with puffy eyes, I suggest using an eye gel in the morning, that will help balance out the moisture that causes the puffiness and save the heavy eye creams for at night to help fight the wrinkles. Another trick is to help fight the dark circles. You have often heard of using a slice of a cucumber to help get rid of puffiness but here's one you may not have heard. If you will take a fig, slice it in half and put it over the eyes and leave it on for a few minutes and then take it away, it will help reduce dark circles in a matter of weeks. Now the other I'm going to share with you how you can make your own eye cream. This is great for at night to help fight wrinkles to nourish the skin. You take aloe, you can use the fresh aloe plant or even aloe gel extract. You then will mix it with a little bit of olive oil and my favorite is to add a little Vitamin E to it. You take a capsule, puncture it, put it all into a bowl, mix it together, warm it in the microwave and the use a whisk to whisk it up and then allow it to cool and real quickly you will have an eye cream with all the nutrients you need to help fighting wrinkles and have younger looking eyes in no time.
