Now that might not sound like a lot but if you are having more than that, it may be too much fat and calories for the day. So, ideally you want to look at what you are eating throughout the day and keep your healthy fats in your diet but you want to make sure you are having a smaller portion of those compared to what you are having for proteins and carbohydrates.
