Hi, my name is Stella Metsovas, and today I'm gonna talk about how to stay health in the future. I mean, who doesn't want to be healthy for the lifelong? It's so important to your overall health, and I'm gonna give you five quick tips on how to do that. Number one, you're gonna want to make sure that your diet is the foundation to your health. So pick foods that are least processed thing as possible. Mediterranean diet is one of the best diets to follow. Number two is gonna be remaining active throughout the day. You want to just be active, getting your circulatory system going, purchase a pedometer, they're really low in cost. Make sure you get at least six to eight thousand steps in a day. Number three, at least five portions of vegetables per day. I said vegetables not fruits, okay? So make sure you have those vegetables. They're super healthy, contain all these wonderful phytonutrients in there. Number four, have at least three servings of fish a week. If you don't have access to fresh fish, you can buy frozen fish, and sometimes frozen fish is even healthier than fresh fish, believe it or not. And number five, don't get mad at me for saying this, but try, try, try your hardest to stay away from all sugars, and that means alcohol sugars too.
