I'm going to teach you guys a few of my favorite motivational games that I come up with with my clients, so you can lose weight fast while you're having fun. So, the first motivational game is taking a jar, and every time you workout, putting money into that jar to reward yourself yourself for your workout. So, it could be after your favorite class or after your spinning bike escapade, whatever it is, put a dollar in that jar. And in 30 days, count the money in that jar and reward yourself with a fitness gift. Another game I love playing with my clients is an online game where you can put money on line for your workouts. So, if you don't go to your workout that day and however much you put online, someone else is going to get that money. Vice versa. Someone misses their workout, you get their money that they put online. So, you would want to go to that workout, vested your hard earned money into it. The final game I love playing with my clients is pairing them up with a friend. So, if you plan your workout with a friend, you're more likely to go to the gym. And the bet that you're going to do is if you miss your workout with your friend, they get to wear anything out of your closet for the next week. Yes! And reverse it. So, if they miss the workout, you get to wear whatever is in their closet for a week. Have fun with these games guys and get that weight coming off.
