Hi, my name is Holly Del Rosso, and this is workouts for a flabby butt. These three workouts I've designed for you guys are going to slim and tone your booty so you won't have to worry about any flab any more. For our first booty exercise, you're going to go to down on your hands and knees and you're going to kick up your back leg like a donkey kick. Make sure your back is flat and your abs are engaged and that you are not leaning out to the side. Switch to the other leg and do three sets of ten reps. The next variation, you're going to kick your leg out to the side, making sure that you are not dropping your hips and leaning. You want your hips super squared and squared off to the front while your core is engaged and there is no motion in your lower back, keeping your lower back super stable. Make sure you do these for three sets of ten reps. Our last glute exercise is a step up. You're going to take one leg, bring it up to the step, as it comes up, bring it back down, switching legs. Make sure you core is engaged the entire time and you could even pick up the speed on these if you want to. Perform three sets of 25.
