Hi, I'm Juliet Kaska, and these armband exercises. Armband exercises are done with a tubing very similar to this. There's dozens and dozens of exercises you can do for your upper body. But one of the best reasons to use bands like this to exercise, it's a workout anywhere. Throw it into your suitcase, or even your office bag, and you've got a workout on the go. So for our armband exercises, we are first gonna do a bicep curl. You're gonna place your elbow right by your waistline, and on each exhale, flex the bicep and pull the hands right up towards your shoulders, and then we're gonna move right into shoulder raises, hands down by the hips, and lift the hands up towards the ceiling, keeping your hands just outside of peripheral vision the whole time. So in other words, don't go too far back or too far forward. And then we're gonna step forward, leaning down, wrap the band around your hand once, elbows up towards the ceiling, and on the exhale extend the hands back behind you, squeezing the tricep as you go.
