Hi, my name is Holly Del Rosso. And this is how to get a curvier body that shows your abs. If you're a box shaped or athletic shaped person, and you don't have any curves to work with. What we can do, is build up your hips and your glutes. So, you start seeing some curves in your form. For our first curve building workout, we're going to perform a squat. Feet, hip width apart, sitting back into your heels, hold and come up. Pushing through your heels, you're going to squeeze your glutes as you come up to the top. And our second exercise, we're going to perform a split squat. One foot behind the other, knee, don't let it go over the toe, you want it right between your heel and your toe. Coming down, pause and up. Down, pause and come up, engage your abs the whole time you're engaging your core. For our third exercise, we're going to really show off your abs, grab the pulley cable, twisting, follow with your head. You don't want to have your head going the opposite side. Exhale when you come out, on your toes, you're just pivoting on your feet, and pull. Twist and pull, exhale when you come out. And you want to make sure abs are engaged the entire time. Try to stay light with the reps on this exercise. You don't want to build your sides up, you really want to narrow in that waist. So, you can show off the six pack. So, beginners, keep the weight around five pounds, if you're advanced, you can bring it up. I wouldn't go any higher than ten pounds for this exercise. For two sets of 25 reps.
