Hi, my name is Holly Del Rosso, and this is how to get a workout in a crowded gym. I know what you guys are thinking, there's no exercises out there when the gym is packed, but you can create your own workout just using some dumbbells and some creativity to get you away from the sweaty pack of people that are next to you. All you need is two dumbbells, a jump rope and yourself. So let's get started. We're gonna go into our lunge, and then we're gonna give a kick, curl, back lunge, kick to curl. This is great, full body workout guys, you're getting your biceps, your entire lower body, and you're also getting the cardio aspect of driving your knee up. There's a jump rope in every gym guys. It's hiding somewhere, so go find it. You're gonna need this for your interval of your workout. So you're gonna start with one set of 30 seconds in between your strength training. Make sure core is engaged the whole time, and repeat for two sets of 30 seconds. In our next exercise we're gonna do upright rows in a lunge position, so your whole body is gonna burn guys, get ready. So we're going into our lunge position, knees between your toe and heel, shoulders back, grab your dumbbells, we're gonna pull up, squeezing your shoulder blades back and together, and we're gonna row. Your quads should be burning, you should feel it between your shoulder blades. For best results perform two sets of 15 reps, and you're gonna wanna do a circuit. So you're gonna have our first exercise, and then after you're gonna have our jump rope, and this is gonna finish you off.
