Hello, my name's Max Jaben, and today I'm gonna explain to you some swim lesson activities. We're gonna talk about stretching, warming up, pulling and kicking and some fun games and relays. We're gonna talk about three different swim lessons activities, the first one, and should come first, is stretching. We like to stretch to work on our flexibility, and stretching should be done for people of all ages from children to adults. It's a good way of warming up your body, getting your blood flowing, and also working on your flexibility. For those of you that don't know, swimming requires a lot of flexibility in your shoulders, in your hips, in your knees, this is a good time for us to work on that when we're not in the pool. The second one is kicking. Kicking is very important to swimming. It oftentimes is going to dictate your hip position, and whether your hips are down or your hips are up. The better you can kick, the higher you can keep your hips up, the better you can swim and develop into a good swimmer. The third is drills. We like to do different drills, that way we can dissect the strokes down, and really work on a working on the fundamentals of the stroke, and developing the strokes into a full stroke.
