Hi there, I'm Alina Z, and today we're talking about healthy and fast French lunch for a picnic. Now, I know that French food can be all fattening. But we're going to make this one healthy, delicious and it's going to be super quick. One of the best things to add to your French picnic is crudités, which is just a fancy word for chopped vegetables that are raw. And we have peppers, celery, cucumber, carrot and a couple of baby tomatoes. For our sandwich, we're going to make tartine, which is a fancy French word for an open faced sandwich. We will begin with cutting off the crust on our sprouted bread and we'll layer it with some vegan mayonnaise. And then, we will alternate layers of cut avocado and slices of vegan chicken-less chicken. Tastes just like chicken but has zero cholesterol, tons of protein and fiber. And we will decorate it with some dill and baby tomatoes. And then, for dessert, we will have an open faced tartine with vegan healthy hazelnut spread and we will layer slices of banana on top.
