Hi there. I'm Alina Z, and today we are doing a low cholesterol English pea salad and I'm going to share with you my Z tips on how to make this dish all plant based, all healthy and all delicious. We will begin by thawing out two cups of frozen English peas, then instead of an egg, we are going to use about one and a half cups of sweet potato. We are not using bacon here, it's all plant based. So we're using vegan chickenless chicken and we will have about one cup chopped up and then to give it a salty flavor like bacon, we will have about a half a cup of chopped dill pickles. Then for the cheese substitute we are going to use vegan cheddar cheese, about a half a cup, we will dress it up in vegan mayonnaise. I will suggest using about half a cup as well and we will add a little bit of zing to the salad by dressing it with chopped onion and accessorizing it with a little bit of mineral Himalayan salt.
