Eating healthy whole grains, vegetables and drinking lots of water will truly be a plus for you. Fresh vegetables and a hummus platter, one of my favorite ways because fiber actually takes excess hormones out of your body. They attach themselves to fiber and you get rid of them. A really wonderful way as well as all the phytonutrients in here and the protein keep you satiated and full. In your teenage years, school food, fast food, packaged food, not so great for you, lots of toxins. So if you fill yourself up on some healthy food you are not going to snack and eat as much other stuff. Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate, water, lots of it. Look at this pretty lemon water, really nice, citric acid. I can't say it enough, hydrate, hydrate, hydrate. Mother nature gives us all the foods we need to fight unhealthy skin in our teenage years. So drink up.
