Not only are blueberries, strawberries and Goji berries energizing but they are powerful anti-cancer and anti-inflammatory fruits, perfect to eat in the morning. I love adding them into a smoothie. Let me show you my favorite one, a morning smoothie needs some protein. So I love almond milk. I'm going to do two cups of almond milk and then one banana and this adds a little creaminess to it as well as potassium, blueberries, powerful antioxidants, those flavonoids in blueberries are so yummy, a cup of strawberries, Goji powder is my secret little ingredient there. Got to love your super foods and also I add some raw honey. Raw honey is great for seasonal allergies as well and adds a little sweetness. If you know, you don't want extra added sweetness, you don't have to add it but that's an optional kind of added benefit that I like. This is a Vitamix Blender, you don't have to have one if you don't, a regular blender works just fine. So then we're just going to turn it on. And that's it. Goodness, look at the color on here. Those Anthoncyanins are cancer fighting, anti-inflammatory, anti-cancer foods, so delicious. Smoothies are a great way to add healthy fruits for the morning so enjoy. So good.
