You can do this exercise with or without weights. I'm going to do it with this ten pound dumbbell in hand okay? Now, on my standing leg I'm going to start off on my left side, okay your left leg. I'm going to place my weight in the opposite hand, okay? From here, all my weight is resting on my left leg. I'm going to get a slight bend in my knees and I'm going to lean forward from the waist extending my right leg behind me. So I'm here inhaling as I come down, leg is straight okay getting that good stretch at the bottom in my hamstrings, I exhale and I shoot my hips forward.
