Hi. I'm Jay McLeod. Today, I'm going to show you some light shoulder presses. OK. light shoulder presses are great for really building endurance in your shoulders. Not so much building massive big shoulders but just tightening and toning up those shoulder muscles. And now I'm going to show you how to do the light shoulder presses. So we're going to grab light weight anywhere from about 5 to 10 pounds. It depends on how strong you are. But you want to be able to do about 12 to 15 repetitions. OK. You're going to find a bench OK, or a chair. You're going to bring the weight up to your knees, you're going to pop the weight up to your shoulders, OK, elbows out, weight right outside your shoulders OK, palms turned out. From here we're going to exhale nice and strong, we're going to press the weight overhead powering this weight up, OK. We're going to pause at the top, inhale, drop, bend your elbows, drop the weight back down nice and slow to return to start position.
