Hi, I'm Rina Jakubowicz, and we're going to learn third trimester yoga poses. It's important to learn this poses because we start to lose our balance and it's a great way to maintain centered. Two poses we're going to learn today are going to be helping your balance. So the first one is going to be called frisk pose which you're going to go to a wall or it can be couch, it could be a chair and you're going to place your hands on the wall or the couch, bring your feet back, separate your feet a little bit wider than your hips. You're going to drop your chest down low and then stick out the bones. It's going to help with your chest and your shoulders after all that weight of being pulled forward for such a long time. The second pose is tree pose but against the wall so you're going to put your hand against the wall and use it as a support, shift the weight to one leg and lift up the other leg, bringing it in to the opposite thigh, crown of the head reaching up to create stability and comfort for your hips.
