My name is Robert Weeks, and today I'm gonna teach you about lifetime fitness. Lifetime fitness is a personal contract that one makes with themself or a group can make with themselves at a very young age or really at any age from the rest of your lifetime from that point on. It's very important because what you can do is no matter what type of age you are whether you're young or old you can kind of just have a brand new recumbence in the world. You can decide from this point on I will go ahead and always strive to at least have a healthier life, a healthier lifestyle, lifetime fitness. So what would this entitle. Well let's take your age. Depending on your age you would then decide on what your aerobic activity would be and what you lifting, your cardio, all this type of mentalities that you really want to help strengthen. You're really gonna have to take it in parameter and see what you want to change. So over the next 10, 20, 30, 40, or 50 years of your life depending on how long you're planning you're definitely gonna want to make sure that you have a right idea of what's proper. That means you have to have a certain lifestyle for your age. If you're 20 you don't want to have a passive lifestyle where you're just walking around maybe doing some light work here and there. So if you're 20 you can start with a little bit heavier and a harsher routine but if you're in your 40s already you can start off with a lighter one because once again this is our lifetime fitness we're talking about. We want to make sure from this point on for the rest of our lives we're fit, we're happy, and we're in shape. It makes us happy and it makes people in our lives happy and that's lifetime fitness.
