The reason this is important is because a lot of people when they are losing weight especially men they start to get some fatty deposits in the chest in the pec area. We're going to show you today how you can tighten and firm that fat. What you are going to need is two dumbbells and a bench. When you get on the bench you are going to bring the dumbbells down to the point where you really feel a stretch in your outer chest. When you bring the dumbbells up you are going to contract your chest by squeezing your traps and your shoulder blades into the bench. Very important to contract the chest because when you are contracting the chest you are not working your arms. You'll see a lot of people working their arms when they do dumbbell chest press. So make sure that you are contracting your chest. That will help build the muscle which will burn the fatty deposits in the chest.
