My name is Robert Weeks, and today I'm going to teach you about a good exercise bike regimen. Okay guys an exercise bike is a very universal tool that can fit in offices and workout gyms all across the world. They don't go anywhere and they are stationary so they are not going to hurt anybody nor bring us anywhere fast but it can get us to a very good workout fast. A good regimen would definitely be a 20 minute workout on an exercise bike. Now why 20 minutes, 20 minutes is a good period of time that a lot of us having during the day that we can kind of spend to ourselves, at least 20 minutes. During this 20 minutes you're really going to want to test yourself on what you can do on a bike. This will dictate what you do for the next coming months ahead. For this 20 minutes I want you to go as fast as you can and on the bike if you are able to do so I want you to track yourself to see how far you went. If not, you are just going to time yourself to go as hard as you can. That means if you have to start off in a sprint but notice substantially within a minute that you can no longer start or keep maintain that sprint, you're going to want to keep something that you can maintain for 20 minutes. So keep that in mind. Don't push yourself too hard but don't go under either. Allowing yourself proper time before this to get geared up is going to be adequate as well. Make sure your shoes are tied and make sure your hands are located on the fasteners on both sides. During the interval training what you'll do is you'll switch it up. So one day for 20 minutes we are just trying to maintain. The next day what we're going to do is we're actually going to keep the 20 minutes but we're going to go a little bit slower because we are going to up the resistance on the bike. The resistance is just like a mountain bike. It's just going to push a lot harder resistance to your legs so you are going to go a little bit further with each push but it's going to require more strength. And that's a good bike exercise regimen. See you next time guys.
