My name is Robert Weeks. Today, I'm gonna teach you about how to get strong at seven years old. Okay guys, I think we've all felt seven, and we've all been seven. Seven years old is a good feeling, and it's a good age where we start becoming the person that we're gonna become as an adult. But, if you remember at seven, you also remember that you had this explosion of energy at random times, almost too much at times, but then when you got fatigued, you would just fall asleep wherever you slumbered. Well for a seven year old, it's a lot like being a 20 year old or a 27 year old for that matter, except the chemical difference. The chemical difference is gonna be a lot different for both sides. As we grow older, we develop chemicals in certain process and hormones that our body uses to replicate energy. When we're seven, we pretty much go off of just the start of this process. Instead of feeding the child processed foods, you're gonna want to make sure you stick to more natural minerals and more wholesome diets. Protein is gonna be very important, as proteins gonna be a very important process for the child to help repair as he's becoming stronger. For a developing seven year old, incorporating a weight lifting program would be senseless. The child does not have the body like you or I or a regular adult, nor does he have the proper chemicals and hormones. So what we're gonna do is just incorporate just his body weight. So that could be just pushups and situps, and just over a period of time. We're gonna make sure that he emphasizes rest and he emphasizes his protein. We also wanna make sure that the parents help emphasize his diet. The diet is gonna be just as important as the rest, and the training endure him in. That means not allowing him to go and get a McDonalds Happy Meal, but rather, bringing him home and cooking him a home cooked meal with vegetables and proper nutrition in it. And that's how to get stronger at seven years old. See you next time guys.
