It's really important that you create a schedule for yourself. You know when you wake up, you want to have breakfast. Have healthy granola bars that you have made for yourself. Start snacking on that, some fresh fruits and then if you're going to be snacking throughout the morning, really nice to even have a trail mix or just some fresh cut up veggies around. If you have them pre-made you are going to eat them. For a lunch, I made a beautiful salad. This is a large salad, enough for more than one meal. So share it with someone or eat half before you dress it and then have the other half for dinner. Add some nuts, add some seeds, add some beans and you have a nice complete meal. Learning to create an eating schedule that is right for you and your digestive system is crucial to optimal health.
