Hi, I'm Macros Avellan, and we're gonna cover the most effect fighting styles. Depending on what part of the fight you're engaging in, there's a specific style that specializes just in that. I'm gonna cover that right now. The most effective fighting styles depend on the situation you're in. If you're in a group fighting scenario, where you're fighting four guys at the same time, a grappling-based style might not be the way to go, because while you're fighting on the ground with one person, the other three people are kicking you in the head. So a striking-based style like boxing or kick boxing will come a long way. But likewise, if you're fighting one person, and they're bigger and faster and stronger, a grappling-based system might help you out like wrestling or jujitsu, where yo take them to the ground, and now I'm neutralizing them on the floor. But then you also have weapons, such as knives and guns, where Brazilian jujitsu and kick boxing might not be as effective as a weapons-based system, like Krav Maga. And then you have the sport fighting aspect like fighting in a submission wrestling tournament, or fighting in a mixed martial arts fight, which is another, another aspect of fighting, and there the most popular styles you have are like Muay Thai, kick boxing, boxing, wrestling, Brazilian jujitsu. So, it all depends on the kind of scenario you're in, and the variables involved.
