Now, this moment of time, I have my friend here, John, coming to grabbing my shirt from the front, like when you have a situation that the guy grabs your shirt. First thing you got to do, not chopping his arm, but using your hand to grab his hand, so that way you're eliminating the chance to get a punch. Then, the other hand I place right behind the elbow, so that way I can control him to go back and forth and I'm going to make a step. Which leg first? The leg that's outside. I step next to him, put my leg back to his knee, like a skateboard, take him to the ground and from here, I just pass my leg around, or I can use my knee next to his face and just pumping my hips and then extending his arm. My friend John is going to grab on my shoulder like he wants to, you know, put a little bit more pressure here. So, I'm starting to back up because he has the other hand free, I got to lock it up with that chance before he punch me on the face. So, with my hand on the same side, I go behind the elbow like putting a little bit of weight. Then, my other hand clip together. Now, I have a frame in front of me, so the punch cannot reach me.
