I'm Emily Jones, and I'm gonna demonstrate to you a five minute arm workout that will shrink and sculpt. To get the sculpted look of your arms, you're gonna have to work out five different muscle groups, and that's your biceps, your triceps and your deltoid, that is three different muscle groups, anterior, medial and posterior, and I'm gonna give you an exercise for all five, and you can make it up into a five minute routine. The first one is going to be an incline dumbbell press, that will hit your anterior delt. The second one will be a lateral raise, which will hit the medial delt. And then a bent over row, that will hit your posterior delt. And then we'll go to your biceps for a dumbbell bicep curl, and then tricep extension. Make sure you have a stopwatch handy. You're gonna do each exercise for 45 seconds, resting for 15 seconds, and continuing. You'll do it for five minutes. Do it daily and you'll have sculpted arms.
