Hey, I'm Ryan Haake, and we're here today to discuss how to strengthen your thighs. There are tons of great movements out there. I did have a tough time narrowing it down to just three. But I got three here that I think you'll really enjoy. The first is going to be your plyo box jump. Step one, dropping into a shallow squat. Hands back, following up and through. Straight on up. And back down landing like a ninja, soft as always. And as you get it bam getting that tempo up faster and faster as you can. The second is your body weight squat jump. Dropping into your normal squat position. I like to touch my hands to my toes. And then exploding up hands to the sky. Hands to the sky. Finding that tempo. And the third is your rearward or backward drag. What I've got here are two ropes attached to two dumbbells of the weight of your choice. And you are just going to grab them. Drop into a slight squat and just back pedal. Pushing through those toes, really feeling it in your thighs.
