Hi, I'm Scott White. We're going to talk about a free weight chest workout. So the chest is a great muscle and all us guys out there want a better looking chest. So free weights is a great way to achieve this. So you want to do four sets of eight to twelve repetitions of each exercise, the bench press, the dumbbell incline press and the dumbbell fly. Let's talk about the bench press. Lay on your back and grab the barbell, you lower the barbell to your nipple line and then drive that barbell back up, repeat, again eight to twelve reps. Let's talk about the dumbbell incline press. You want to slightly incline the bench about 20 to 25 degrees and then you grab two dumbbells, lay on your back, drive those dumbbells up, keeping the line of those dumbbells in line with your nipple line, come out wide with those hands and then drive up extending those dumbbells upward. The dumbbell fly is done by grabbing two dumbbells, laying on your back on a bench, bringing your arms straight out in front of you and then lowering them all the way down to about shoulder width level and then bringing them together at the top.
