I'm Tiffany Anderson and I have some great tips for how to do P90X. First only do 30 minutes to start. That will give you a 10 minute warmup and 20 minutes of strength training. Second do 12 to 15 reps. That's just fine. You'll watch Tony do 20 to 30, that's your time to rest. Have your equipment ready. So before you do your workout you have everything planned and prepared. Your shoes, any workout clothes. And your equipment is completely ready for your workout. Then progress. Take your measurements. The best way to know if P90X is working is with measurements. The scale will not be a good way to know progress. Because as you are building muscle you could actually be gaining weight. So don't use the scale as your measure of progress, use your measuring tape. Then when your workout is finished you need a recovery drink. This is essential if you are going to do the day-to-day schedule of P90X. So recovery drink will have protein and sugar in it. And last, do your best and forget the rest. That is Tony Horton's mantra for getting all of us to understand that it's all about us. It's not about anyone else. Just do your best and forget the rest.
