Hey, guys, what's going on? I'm Brandon Harris, and today I'm going to show you a workout for the chest flexor. The chest flexor is an important part of building a strong, balanced, muscular upper body. Let me show you how. A great exercise for the chest flexor is a physio ball push up with a pike. This exercise is not only going to hit the chest flexor but it's also going to bring in the core and the shoulders. To perform this exercise you're going to start in a push up position with your feet on top of the physio ball. Maintaining a neutral spine and belly button in nice, strong core you're going to perform a push up. As you drive up you're going to drive in to a pike, initiating that motion through the stomach and the core. As you come back down, make sure again to maintain neutral spines so that the low back is not absorbing stress. Perform and repeat for 12 to 15 repetitions.
