Hey, guys, what's going on? I'm Brandon Harris, and today I'm going to show you some great floor press exercise alternatives. The floor press is a great power and strength exercise. But to continue to make gains you need to have variation in your routine. I'm going to give you some great alternatives to the floor press. The first exercise is a physio ball dual stability push-up. This is a more advanced exercise but great for stability of the upper body and lower body. You are going to need two physio balls to perform this exercise. And you are going to balance your feet on the back ball while performing a push-up on the front ball. You've got to stay linked through your upper and lower body. And the goal would be 12 to 15 reps. The second exercise is a power medicine ball push-up. For this exercise we are going to need a good medicine ball. We're going to start in a push-up position with your chest touching the medicine ball. Explode up through the push-up. Catch on top of the medicine ball. Decelerate back down to the ground. And repeat.
