Hey, guys, what's going on? I'm Brandon Harris, and today I'm going to teach you some great booty lifting exercises. Strong glutes are extremely important when developing the lower body. Not only will they help you with mobility and balance but they'll also help decrease lower back pain. The first exercise is a single leg glute bridge. I'm going to start lying on the ground with the legs bent. We're going to drive up through the heels making sure that we're maintaining a neutral core and activating the abs. As you get to the top we're going to kick out the right leg and hold for a five count. Come back down, back up. Kick out the left leg for a five count. And repeat for 15 repetitions. The second exercise is a Bosu step-up. Taking a Bosu ball. Lay it down blue side down. We're going to perform 15 step-ups on the right side. Switching legs, 15 step-ups on the left side.
