And the third thing that I love about raisins is that they contain a phytonutrient that's really good for oral health, so it can help ward off cavities. Just by eating these gorgeous little sweet bites, you can help to keep your overall health and your oral health in tip-top shape. So, I like to add them into oatmeal, into my baked goods, even with dishes like chicken to give it just that little sweet bite.
