Now, this is the other white meat, and I know we often default to chicken, but boneless pork chops can be a great addition to your every day, because of all of the good nutrients that they have in them. So, check this out. So one 4 ounce boneless pork chop contains only about 160 calories, 6 grams of fat, so that's really reasonable. The great news is, it delivers about 24 grams of protein, and zero carbs. So, you can take that boneless pork chop, grill it, pan sear it, bake it in the oven, it's really versatile to use. You can place it in a stir fry, add it with a lot of different vegetables, but that flavor is really mild, so it adapts really well to different sauces. You can take it Asian style, you can add some pineapple to it, make it spicy, whatever you like, it's pretty much a blank canvas, and so much benefit to it, and to building a healthy body.
