Hey, everybody. I'm chef Mareya, The Fit Foody. Today, I want to talk to you about low-fat, low-sugar snacks that maybe don't contain fruit and veggies. Cause sometimes you got the hankering for maybe something a little higher in fiber. Or maybe a little nuttier or whatever it is. I'm going to, I've got some things for your cravings. So I've got some low-fat, low-sugar graham crackers. And you can top those with a little, just a little bit of nut butter. That satisfies any sweet tooth that I've ever heard of. I also love these gluten-free crackers. Now these have just a tiny bit of cheese on them so it helps to keep them low-fat. And of course no sugar added there. And of course almonds. Now raw almonds really high in protein. No added sugar or salt there. And if you eat a small amount you can keep the fat low. Now one of my favorite things to do is a quesadilla. Quesadilla can be low-fat if you use part skim mozzarella cheese or a low-fat cheese. So let me share with you how to make it. I've got my gluten-free tortilla. And I've taken a part skim mozzarella stick. Cut it up. Place it on half the tortilla and then place it into my hot pan. Just until the cheese melts.
