I'm Greg Mc Lean and I've got a great cardio workout for when it's raining. For a lot of my clients when it's raining outside they're not going out for a run, they definitely don't want to go to the gym. So what I've got for you today is a great workout that you can get in in 10 minutes, still get your cardio in and get a good workout today. So I've got two great exercises for you guys today, the hopscotch squat and good old mountain climbers. These are two great exercises for using a lot of muscles in the body which are great for getting the heart rate up, getting that cardio in. So what we're going to do is we're going to start with the hopscotch squat. We're going to go for a minute. Go as hard as you can then we're going to go right into the mountain climbers for a second minute. So we've got 2 minutes of cardio and then I'm going to have you take a full minute of rest to let your body recover. What we're going to do is cycle through each of these 3 times and we'll get in a great little cardio workout today. So just remember next time it's raining outside if you don't want to go to the gym, you don't feel like going for a run, you've got a great way to get that cardio in.
