Hi, I'm Josephine D'Alton, and today I'm going to demonstrate to you how you can build tennis ball biceps. Now, why would you want to build tennis ball biceps? To make them look big and strong. Now, the exercise I'm going to use to demonstrate how you can build tennis ball biceps is a barbell with the exercise called the bicep curl. Now, the important feature here you must take into consideration is the amount of weight you need to clear eight to 12 repetitions to failure. So, if you cleared 12 repetitions and you feel like you can clear a few more repetitions, you nee more weight. You simply want to stand with your feet hip width apart, get a nice comfortable knees, hold your elbows to one place and pretend like you got a bar going through those elbows through one elbow to the other. Make sure they don't move forward or backwards. Take your barbell, lift it straight upward while you breath out and then lower down slowly.
