Now the original purpose of the kettlebell swing was used in Russia for sports specific training. But I'm going to demonstrate to you today how you can get a full body workout and cardio in one. The first part of this I'm going to demonstrate how to do it effectively from the very beginning. And then I'm going to break down the kettlebell swing for you in parts ok. So this is how to properly execute the double-handed kettlebell swing. So as you can tell with a kettlebell swing you are not actually lifting the kettlebell forward. You are going to be using your hips to propel the force into the kettlebell as it swings forward. You are going to always squat down every so slightly. Bring the kettlebell between the legs keeping your lats tight. And breathing out as you swing up. So it's... And that is the proper way to do a double-handed kettlebell swing.
