These two tips I'm going to give you are going to help build up your cardiorespiratory system and also increase the time of your exercise. So to increase your stamina, add a weight vest to your normal routine okay? What this is going to do is this is going to train your body to utilize oxygen more efficiently okay and also it's going to help you to burn even more calories okay, so you are really testing your body. I recommend start off with about ten pounds, five, ten pounds, get used to that. See how that feels on your joints, okay? So normal, like you normally would any usual running routine, even if you are doing stairs you can throw this in. Another great way to build running stamina is simply running uphill or running at an incline if you are on the treadmill okay? It's going to help build your lung capacity okay? Try this, throw that into the mix as you know to add a little variety to your normal run.
