Hi, I'm Natalie Jill. Let's talk about great vegetable combinations for healthy and glowing skin. Eating a lot of vegetables and fruits helps create an alkaline environment in you body. And that always reflects not only in great skin but in disease prevention. By eating a lot of fruits and vegetables you are creating an alkaline environment which not only reflects in disease prevention but also gives you that glowing fresh looking skin. And a great way to get that mega dose of fruits and vegetables is by juicing. And all plants, all fruits and vegetables have some tremendous benefits that by juicing them and combining them you are going to have that great skin as a result. Some of my favorites are to include carrots as they are beta-carotene rich and always reflect in your skin. Pineapple which has bromelain and that is an awesome one for that fresh looking skin. Kale which is vitamin K rich and helps with inflammation so you reduce that puffiness in your face. Cucumbers which have an extreme detoxifying effect. Apples which are great for brightening and toning. So by juicing these, any combination of them, you've got a great concoction for some healthy juice from vegetables to create that alkaline environment and have some great skin.
