I'm Holly Del Rosso, and this is can you get muscles without using a gym? Yes you absolutely can with a mild to moderate resistance band you can do a ton of different exercises at home or on the go. In our first exercise we are going to do a glute bridge to tricep extension. You are going to take your resistance band. You are going to put it behind the top of your back. Knees bent, lifting your glutes off of the ground. Hold, come down, tricep extension. Lift it up, tricep extension right here. And our next awesome exercise without a gym, you are going to take your resistance band, wrap it around the arches of your feet. Pull it until you feel a good resistance. Your feet are going to come up. Your shoulder blades are going to go down. Squeezing your shoulder blades together we are going to row right here. Bring those shoulder blades back and down engaging your abs. For best results in this exercise make sure you do three sets of 10 reps, two times a week. If the resistance is too light take it up a notch.
