I'm Holly Del Rosso, and this is how to make your belly smaller without making your butt smaller. We want to bring this in and bring your booty up so you look nice and toned all over. But you still have that shape that you want in your booty. So come with me and let me show you how it's done. This exercise is my favorite exercise to really cinch in your waist and build up your booty. So you are going to have your hands on your hips. You are going to bring your toe out in front of you. Make sure your knee doesn't go over your foot. Make sure it's somewhere in between your heel and the front of your foot. So you are going to drop down into your lunge. Pick it up, we're going uphill on these which is going to add a cardiovascular element to the exercise. Great job guys. For best results possible do three sets of 25 reps, three times a week. I'm outdoors in a park. If you don't have a hill in the park you could also do this indoors on a treadmill up an incline. And our next tiny waist and toned booty exercise we are going to go into a back lunge. Bring your foot up sideways and come back down. Switching legs. Sideways and come back down. Try not to tap the foot if you can help it. But if you have to that's fine if you just tap it up and bring it up. So down, side, back. This is working entire lower body really focusing on your core, and your legs and glutes. So make sure that you are sitting up straight. You don't want to lean forward, you don't want to lean back or to the side. Keep it super straight. Nice job guys. For best results do three sets of 25 on each leg, two times a week.
