Hi, this is Ryan George, and today we are going to talk about how to do a full stomach stretch. A full stomach stretch is one of the best abdominal exercises to do so today we are going to go over the steps to making it work. So the best way to think about doing the full stomach stretch is to imagine being in a medieval torture device. Basically your arms are going to be extending one way and your legs will be extending the other way. So first part is you lie straight back ok. You want to take your arms and reach your arms back as far as you can behind you. And then point your toes and you are going to reach your feet as far forward as you can. So you are literally trying to pull yourself in both directions. And that will be the way you get the abs working or stretching. So the full body stretch is one of the best and safest abdominal stretches that you can do. So it's definitely something that should be added to your repertoire.
