Hi, I'm Cinthia Torres. This is step-by-step yoga poses that help you lose weight and tone your body. These poses are excellent to tone your shoulders, your arms, your abs and your leg muscles. They will tone your whole body and help you lose weight. So start in warrior one. Separating your feet. Bringing your feet to the side. Hips leveled. Inhale reaching the arms up starting to engage the muscles here of your shoulders. Exhale bend the front knee keeping the abdominal muscles nice and strong. Keep toning those abs and your thigh lifting. To come out exhale and step to the front of the mat. The next one is chair pose. But we're going to involve the chair here. Inhale, lift the arms up. Exhale, bend the knees. Now this time draw your hands in front of your heart and twist to the side lowering your elbow over the knee. The next pose will be downward dog. So we'll start stepping your feet back, lifting the hips up. Keep your shoulders nice and engaged. Your back muscles engaged. Now this time we are going to lift the left, or right leg up. Reaching tall through your heel engaging your shoulders and your arms. Keeping the lower leg nice and toned. Exhale, lower the leg back to downward dog and move into plank pose. Another great pose to strengthen all muscles. Your back muscles and your shoulders. Keep your shoulders right over your wrists. Exhale and come all the way down. Try these poses for 30 seconds to one minute. And remember to repeat on the other side.
